By accessing or using our website, purchasing our physical products (including NFC Metal Cards, PVC Cards, Stickers, Bracelets, Stands, and Medals), or using our digital platform and services (collectively, the \Services\), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (\Terms\).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.


1. Account Registration & User Profiles

  • Account Creation: To access the digital features of Linkate (such as creating your vCard, managing bio links, and linking physical NFC products), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and make purchases.

2. User Content & Acceptable Use

  • Content Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content, contact information, links, images, and logos (\User Content\) that you upload to your Linkate profile.
  • License to Linkate: By submitting User Content, you grant Linkate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating your digital business card and profile services.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to upload, store, or share content that:
  • Is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, or harassing.
  • Infringes on any third party’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Contains malicious code, viruses, or attempts to harvest data without consent.
  • Impersonates any person or entity without authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.


3. Orders, Payments, & Physical Products

  • Pricing & Billing: All prices for products and services are listed on our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Custom Products: Physical items ordered with custom branding, names, or laser engravings (e.g., custom NFC metal cards or acrylic stands) are final sale once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or customs processing. Risk of loss passes to you upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

4. Hardware & Digital Service Warranty

  • NFC Chip Guarantee: Our NFC hardware products are tested for functionality prior to shipping. If an NFC product arrives defective, please contact us within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery for a replacement.
  • Software Availability: We strive to keep the Linkate platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or third-party server outages may temporarily affect your digital profile.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand assets, site graphics, software, and design elements belonging to Linkate are the property of Linkate. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Linkate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our physical products or digital platform.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to a purchase or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Linkate for that specific product or subscription.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using Linkate and request deletion of your account at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or custom profile links if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms
